Beam
Dining table
A thick solid top, two steel legs and one beam between them.
About
Beam was the workshop’s first table and is still our favorite. A 4 cm solid top sits on two welded box-section legs; a steel beam ties them together so the table never rocks and nothing gets in the way of your knees.
The top is glued up from boards matched by hand for grain and color. Edges get a soft chamfer, corners are rounded by hand. The legs come off, so the table makes it up narrow stairs.
